This website is run by Consistency for the Win, LLC, a North Carolina company ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect on focusflexapp.com and how we use it. It covers this website and the Focus Flex waitlist. The Focus Flex app will have its own policy when it launches.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Basic technical information that web servers log automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To send you updates about Focus Flex, including beta testing invitations and launch news.
• To keep the website running and secure.

We will never sell or rent your email address.

Who helps us

We use a few trusted services to run things. They only receive what they need to do their job:

• Kit stores our email list and sends our emails.
• Netlify hosts this website.
• Google Fonts provides the fonts on this page.

Your choices

• Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it any time and you'll be removed.
• You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you by emailing us at the address below.

Children

This website and the waitlist are not intended for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Focus Flex is a motivation and scheduling tool. It isn't medical advice or treatment for ADHD or any other condition. Talk with your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
